Refund Policy

  • Cancellation or refund due to simple remorse is not possible.
  • If the merchandise was damaged during shipment, we will replace it at no extra fees. The damaged merchandise should be handled by the buyer. No returning required.
 
Replacement process
 
  • Contact us via email at bonncosmetic@bonn.com with your name, order number, and the merchandise needed for replacing. In addition, our customer service might ask you to send pictures of the damaged merchandise that you received.
  • It may take up to 2 weeks to process replacement. Exceptions may apply.
